This tastefully furnished villa is situated in an area just five minutes drive from the old town of Pollensa in one direction and in the other, the sea is just a ten minutes drive away. Open fields with their olive groves are mingled between ancient farms and private houses and the whole area offers peace and privacy.

The large 10 metre pool is situated to the side of the property and catches the sun all day and the 'L' shaped terrace, partly covered for shade, is well furnished for comfortable outside living.

The modern style lounge/dining room as an attractive feature fireplace and the kitchen is very well fitted. The kitchen also has access to the pool terraces and barbecue area. An inner hall leads to the two pretty twin bedded rooms with a full bathroom, whilst the third bedroom is a spacious double with the second full bathroom adjacent.

- Twice weekly maid service is on day of arrival to prepare your villa and once more during the week. - Bed linen are changed twice a week and towels twice. Changed weekly. -The arrival and departure day should be in saturday - Prices are calculated per week, taxes included (Total prices) . - Arrival time: 13:00 - Departure time: 10:00
