We are delighted to be able to feature this beautifully restored farmhouse, wich still exudes old world charm but has every modern amenity.
Situated in approximately 24.000m2 of private estate in the popular valley of Aumadrava , this picturesque and quiet house is no more than 10 minute drive into the centre of Pto.Pollensa.
The interior fittings are of an extremely high standard with an intriguing blend of old and new styles giving such sophistication to the house. The spacious and attractive hall/dining room is approached via a covered pergola. Ahead is to be found the sitting-room with its patio doors onto the front terrace overlooking the extensive garden and the swimming pool. This terrace is just designed for outdoor living and is well furnished with outside dining furniture and sun-beds.
Off to the right of the sitting-room, you enter the superb fitted kitchen dining-room complete with a grill. A master bedroom is also in the ground floor.
The first floor is reached from the hall by the stone staircase leading up to the first level and the five pretty and comfortable bedrooms. There are three master double bedrooms with bathroom en suite and two twin bedrooms with adjacent bathroom.
