If you are looking for an exceptional and exclusive place to spend your holiday, if you want to feel as you where at home, if you want to leave your problems and the world behind, Villa Ca Na Marge is your place.

Set in some 4.000m2 of ground, in the Vall d´en March Valley , with wonderful views towards the mountains, just 1km from the old town of Pollensa and less than 10 minutes drive from Pto.Pollensa and its beaches.

Outside it is built from traditional Mallorcan stone and inside with fantastic contemporary design.

Ca Na Marge offers excellent living accommodation. You enter the house into a spacious living-dining room with its large patio doors leading to the front terrace which overlooks the garden and swimming pool. This area is most comfortably furnished and comes complete with satellite TV and DVD player. Leading off from the living area is the bright modern kitchen. It is fitted with the latest modern units and even a dishwasher.

Next the kitchen is to be found a pretty sitting room, with an adjacent bathroom, and the two pretty twin bedded rooms, all most comfortably furnished and one of them has a complete bathroom en suite and patio doors to the front pool terrace,.

Just opposite of the living room an inner hall leads to the delightful master double bedroom with full bathroom en-suite.

Outside the location of this villa is a sheer delight. The terrace is just designed for outdoor living and is nicely furnished for sitting and relaxing in the sun. In the same area there is a wonderful barbecue kitchen plenty of furniture which makes dining outdoors such a pleasure. In the barbecue there is also a toilette with a WC and a shower for after a swim. Finally there is a table tennis for your added enjoyment.

The star attraction of this house is undoubtedly the superb 10 metre pool, which has a separate jacuzzy and it is surrounded by a chequer-board deck, lawns and a beautiful garden.

This is a lovely holiday house offering peace and privacy and yet close to all that the old town of Pollensa has to offer.

Certainly one of our favourites and so early booking is highly recommended.
