Villa L´Auba enjoys the benefit of peace and privacy in a rural location, “Eu Bosch”, at only 3km from Pto.Pollensa and 5km from the old town of Pollensa .

The attractively furnished open- plan lounge/dining room has a real Mallorquin feel about it and comes complete with feature fire place and satellite TV. The fitted kitchen is separately by a breakfast bar from the living area.

On this level also is to be found a master bedroom en-suite (bath with yacuzzy) and a double bedroom together with a pretty full bathroom. A staircase leads up from the lounge to the mezzanine floor and an extra sleeping area, ideal for older children and teenagers.

Outside there is a big with a barbeque and full range of dining and relaxing furniture which makes living outdoors a real pleasure. The 7metre pool is the real focal point of the beautiful garden, a real haven for a small family.
